It’s a perfect place for swimming and relaxing. In the green season some good surf can be found on the northern end where tourists and locals enjoy the warm summer waves.

Kamala Beach is only 15 minutes on foot. For minor grocery needs there is a 7-eleven (of course there is!) a 5 minute walk away and a Tesco Lotus in 8 minutes. The main road of Kamala is a 7 minute walk. Along the main road are local and international restaurants, minimarts/convenience stores, pharmacy, banks, shops, Phuket Fantasy and many other community facilities and amenities. If you fancy the nightlife, Patong is only a 15 minute drive. Phuket International Airport is in 42 minutes.
